This brand strategy was created for a tech start-up launching a new golf insole that reads the green and sends real-time insights straight to a golfer’s phone. But the challenge wasn’t marketing the technology. It was building a brand that feels human and motivating. Because BRK70 isn’t just about making a perfect putt, it’s about trusting yourself and your ability to exceed your potential.
The strategy was built on the idea that greatness comes from small, daily wins. Every piece of messaging was designed to answer one simple question for the golfer: What’s possible for me today?
Naming the Brand
After exploring multiple naming directions, we landed on Break7eventy (BRK70), a name rooted in elite achievement but open enough to invite every golfer into the journey. While breaking 70 is a rare milestone, the name reinforces the brand’s core belief that greatness is something to aspire to at any level.
